Online Advertising Sales Person

Job Description:

The sales person will locate, contact, interact, negotiate, sign and support business partnerships with internet companies, online shops, online marketing agencies and online media companies from around the world.

Reports to:

Director of Sales

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of sales experience in online advertising sales
  • Proven track record in international markets.
  • Strong sales capabilities and proven track record in successful sales activities
  • BA/BS degree
  • High computer & internet skills
  • High level of English, other languages are an advantage
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to strive in a high activity, high transaction environment

Qualifications:

Online Advertising Sales Manager

Reports to:

VP Performance Marketing

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Sales team efforts to achieve department goals
  • Manage and train a professional team of Sales persons.
  • Define team work procedures.
  • Ensure new customers access the best offers according to their profile.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • At least 3 year of Sales experience in Online advertising Sales or Affiliate Marketing.
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing a sales team.
  • Strong sales capabilities and proven track record in successful sales activities
  • Strong management skills
  • Business orientation
  • Living" the online arena
  • High level of English, other languages are an advantage
  • BA Degree (Business management / Economics - an advantage).

Account Manager

Job Purpose:

The Account Manager is responsible for strategically growing and developing assigned customer accounts. This position entails providing online marketing solutions & assistance to assigned clients in order to achieve set-forth revenue goals and targeted objectives.

Account Manager Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned clients' online marketing campaigns and provide them with a full support system.
  • Maintain and upsell publisher accounts to reach campaign objectives.
  • Analyze performance and recommend/implement improvements to meet clients' online marketing objectives.
  • Understand and manage client products/services and ensure that their offers remain competitive within the market.
  • Promote assigned campaigns to an internal division within the Company, to ensure that they receive the attention that will yield success.
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated individual with a serious work ethic
  • Proactive; able to work independently
  • Take on special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous online marketing experience preferred.
  • First degree in Business or Economics a plus
  • Problem identifier and solver; strong planning, analytical and negotiation skills required
  • Ability to multitask and handle various priorities
  • The right person must be pro-active, professional, motivated, organized, responsible, and demonstrate a passion for excellence and success.
