
Adi Orzel: CEO
As CEO of XtendMedia, Orzel oversees the company’s operations, marketing and business development activities. Orzel brings a breadth of experience in helping companies excel at maximizing results from media buys and leveraging targeted inventory.
Most recently as Vice President of Business Development for Soho Digital International, Orzel developed relationships with media providers and led the company’s performance based activities and media buying.
As Executive Director of Advertising for Random-Logic, Orzel managed the global media buying department, developing the Affiliate Program and Affiliate Marketing Channel.
At ValueClick Inc, Orzel was involved in marketing, sales and business development for the Israeli market, developing a local online advertising network and signing on new publishers and advertisers to the ValueClick global network. As the media sales manager for Babylon Inc., an Israeli software company, Orzel managed advertising sales in Israel, Europe and the United States, later leading the corporate sector in Israel.
Orzel holds a BA cum laude in Economics from Tel Aviv University.
Assaf Suprasky: VP of Operations
As Vice President of Operations for Xtend Media, Suprasky is in charge of inventory management for the company’s different media channels, revenue optimization and performance based activities.
Most recently, as Director of Operations for Soho Digital International, Suprasky was responsible for the company’s inventory management, distribution/media buying, business analysis and the performance based team.
At Precise, Suprasky was a consultant specializing in the telecom and civil engineering sectors. Among the accounts he handled business analysis for was Orange. Suprasky’s additional responsibilities included, ROI analysis and project management.
Suprasky holds a BA in Public Administration from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzilya.
Aviram Levi: VP Search Marketing
Levi manages all the paid search activities in the company, aimed at providing incremental traffic and revenue through search engine marketing techniques for both performance based clients and agency clients.
In nearly 6 years at Random-Logic Levi held several positions in the Online Advertising department, considered to be a world leader in its field for many years. From Marketing Analyst to SEM Advertising Director, Levi was involved with almost every aspect of the online marketing activities of this $1billion company. With 4 years of search marketing experience in one of the most competitive and challenging verticals, Levi is considered a world-class SEM specialist.
Levi holds a BA with honors in Economics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Sagi Gordon: Director of Sales
As XtendMedia's Director of Media Sales, Sagi Gordon is responsible for driving direct sales world wide.
Sagi brings more than 10 years of technology and Internet sales experience at established companies to XtendMedia.
Currently, Mr. Gordon responsibilities include business development, developing sales processes and policy and acquiring new customers.
Before joining XtendMedia, Mr. Gordon was co-founder of Triple-E Software, an E-Commerce/B2B software company based in Manhattan, NY.
The company developed web platforms that revolutionized the way apparel companies approach doing business with retailers globally.
The unique technological ideas Triple-E Software offered have proven to be extremely powerful tools in promoting on-line sales, marketing and branding.
Sagi served as the general manager from its inception and oversee the R&D, business development and sales.
Before starting Triple-E software, Sagi had commanded an Elite Operational
Computer unit in the Israeli Defense Forces [IDF], followed by serving as
the Commanding Officer of the largest operational computer unit in the Israeli Navy.
Sagi earned a B.S.c in Computer Science from Mercy College , New York and MBA from the Touro University, New York
Gilad Amitai: Director of Performance
Erez Gross: Director of Media
As Director of Media at XtendMedia, Gross manages Xtend Media Buying Department and responsible for the company’s publisher relations, Ad Operations management, business analysis and development.
Most recently at IFP (Internet Forex Products), as Client Services Manager, Gross was responsible for customer relations and client services; IFP provides real-time financial data and trading platforms in a download free environment.
Gross is graduating the MBA Finance program at Bar-Ilan University and holds a BA in Economics & Management from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv Yaffo.
